So, as of last week, I have been pretty serious about looking into buying a home. I mean, everyone's saying it...."IT'S A BUYER'S MARKET!" Well, YEAH! And because of recent developments in our apartment situation(not good developments I might add), I have had more of a desire to get out of there. I'm tired of paying someone else's mortgage. I'm tired of neighbors that whine about every tiny noise you may make. And, I just want a house. haha.
So, I have found myself a real estate agent. I have a guy that can finance us. I filled out the loan application yesterday. I got a call today saying that we can't buy just yet because of a problem with one of our scores. NO BUENO! But it turns out that the reason one of the scores is bad, is because of a mess up on someone else's part...which means I'M the one that will have to fix it. I'm crossing my fingers and praying that if we can get this little thing fixed, we can get approved for a home loan! Cross your fingers with me! :)
